A: Perfume bottle necks fall into two main categories: crimped necks (usually 15mm, conforming to the FEA 15 standard, where the pump is crimped on and cannot be removed) and threaded necks (such as 15/415, 18/410, 24/410). Taking 18/410 as an example, "18" refers to the 18mm neck diameter, and "410" indicates the thread type and neck height. 18/410 and 18/415 share the same diameter but differ in thread count and neck height — they are not interchangeable. When requesting a quote, you must provide the full neck specification, not just "18mm."
A: We recommend assembly testing with your actual fragrance formula before placing a bulk order. Key checks include: whether the pump seats correctly, whether it leaks at the neck, and whether the cap remains tight after 30–40 open-close cycles. Don't test with water alone — alcohol-based formulas may react slowly with gasket materials, and issues may only appear weeks later.
